For many years in the past I have used different brands of hearing aids as they were presented to me. My last three sets have been Re Sounds and yes, they do get better all of the time with their many features. Kristin Carmeans knows her hearing aid products. She makes honest assessments and shares her knowledge and expertise with her clients. She is a pleasure to work with and in the future, I will not hesitate to do business with her or her firm as I have the utmost confidence in Kristin's abilities and appraisals.

I just wanted to compliment the professional hearing specialists at Bay Area hearing Services for taking the time to explain every aspect of hearing aids to me as a first time user. For me, the Rexton Cobalt 12 was a wise choice with my high frequency hearing loss. The convenient remote control and 360 degree features help me hear the voices of my students. I think the remote also decreases handling of the small aids, even to turn them on and off. Most of all they are so comfortable, I forget I am wearing them and few people even notice the tiny clear coated wire routed to the very small receiver in the ear canal. Thanks again. JWP
